　　賽德半導體有限公司，注冊資本為8000多萬元，2020年12月注冊于浙江杭州錢塘新區。賽德基于韓國尖端技術，自主研發UTG相關整套設備和制造能力，量產線工廠位于浙江杭州錢塘新區2025智造谷內，于2021年6月末完成量產準備，單條線產能為50萬片/月（6.3英寸）,2021年底已完成2條量產線，預計2022年完成4-6條量產線，杭州工廠項目完成后總計6條線，產能300萬片/月。

　　賽德成功開發并獨家擁有與其他公司區別化的混合型切割成型技術，結合多種工藝精簡工序，在不需要多次修復的情況下，按照客戶要求可加工任意尺寸形狀的UTG玻璃，可生產R角從1.0R到3.0R/反復折疊20萬次以上的最優UTG玻璃。

　　目前折疊智能手機的玻璃蓋板主要采用CPI（透明聚酰亞胺薄膜）和UTG兩種材質。CPI材質的折疊屏容易產生折疊鉸鏈凸起、屏幕折痕和黑屏等缺陷。與傳統的CPI相比，UTG玻璃在光學性能、材料性能和溫度特性等方面的優勢十分明顯。

　　賽德核心技術團隊深耕行業多年，減薄方案對比傳統工藝減少復雜程序，采用 F.I.C.E 技術，提高精度，有效地提高良率至80%以上。賽德光電所生產的UTG玻璃，在彎曲特性、水氧阻隔性能、材料性能等方面應用優勢顯著，尤其適用于制造具有優異光學性能和更長壽命的柔性OLED顯示屏。

　　賽德公司2021年榮獲第十屆中國創新創業大賽（浙江賽區）初創企業組一等獎，并入圍全國賽，獲得優秀企業獎。

　　SEED Semiconductor Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of more than CNY80m, was established in Qiantang New District, Hangzhou, Zhejiang in December 2020. Based on cutting-edge technology from South Korea, SEED has independently developed a complete set of UTG-related equipment and manufacturing capabilities. The mass production line factory is located in the 2025 Zhizao Valley, Qiantang New District. The preparation for mass production was completed at the end of June 2021, with a single-line production capacity reaching 500,000 pieces/month (6.3 inches). The 2nd mass production line was ready by the end of 2021. In addition to that, a total of 4-6 mass production lines is expected to be completed within 2022. In summary, we are expecting a total of 6 mass production lines to be running in the Hangzhou factory with a production capacity of 3 million pieces/month.

　　SEED has successfully developed and exclusively owns the hybrid cutting and forming technology that differentiates itself from other companies, which combines various simplified processes. Without the need for multiple healings process, the production line is able to manufacture UTG of any size and shape catering to the specific requirement from customers.  It can produce the optimal UTG glass with R angle from 1.0R to 3.0R/folding more than 200,000 times.

　　At present, the glass cover of folding smartphones is mainly made of two different materials including CPI (transparent polyimide film) and UTG. Folding screens made of CPI materials are prone to defects such as folding hinge bulges, screen creases and black screens. Compared with traditional CPI, UTG glass has obvious advantages in optical properties, material properties and temperature characteristics.

　　The core technology team of SEED has been deeply involved in this industry for many years. Compared with the traditional process, our slimmng method reduces complex procedures, by adopting F.I.C.E technology which improves the accuracy and effectively increases the yield rate to more than 80%. UTG glass produced by SEED has significant application advantages in bending properties, water and oxygen barrier properties, material properties, etc. It is particularly suited to the manufacture of flexible OLED displays with excellent optical properties and a longer lifespan.

　　SEED won the first prize at the 10th China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition (Zhejiang Province) among the Start-up Group in 2021, and was shortlisted for the nation-wide competition and was awarded the Outstanding Enterprise Award.
